When Zion was in captivity, there was nothing to be happy about, all they did whenever they remembered their good old days of Zion was sit by the rivers of Babylon and weep.
But God changed their situation around one day; He heard their cries and restored them…
“When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.” – Psa. 126: 1-3
God turned Zion’s captivity into freedom because He is the only One that can change season and time; He is the only One that can turn things around for us.
“Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God forever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: and he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding.” – Dan. 2: 20-21
When this turn-around happened for the children of Israel, it was like a dream because it seemed too good to be true. This month, God will give you a miracle that would seem too dreamlike to be real in Jesus’ name!
Let’s take a tiny step back to when they were in captivity…
“By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying , Sing us one of the songs of Zion. How shall we sing the LORD’s song in a strange land?” – Psa. 137: 1-3
The Babylonians did not only captivate them, they mocked them too asking them to sing their Zion songs! How does one sing when he is held captive! There is no merriment in bondage, no!
BUT God does not forget His own people, never! He gave the Israelites a ‘suddenly’ moment! That was why the turn-around was like a dream to them. From desolation to restoration! Hallelujah!
It didn’t end there. Cyrus saw to it that “the vessels of the house of the Lord, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods” (Ezra 1:7),were now restored to those of the captivity who were about to return to Jerusalem. After restoration, God made sure they returned with surplus goods, gold, silver, beasts etc. that would kick-start their reestablishment!
(Even as God did this great thing for the children of Israel),
Get ready to laugh because God will make you laugh…
Get ready to sing because God will give you a new song…
Get ready to celebrate because God will give you something to celebrate for!
This month of June,
The God that heard Zion’s SOS call will hear your cry in Jesus’ name!
Breakthrough and success will overtake you in Jesus’ name!
Whatever you have lost, God will replace for you in surplus measures! You will be re-established in Jesus’ name!
For your sake, rules will be broken. It will be a case of GODification for you and not qualification!
God will put so much gladness in your heart that will make you forget your past sorrow and shame in Jesus’ name!
Your sorrow and mourning shall fly away; you shall obtain everlasting joy and gladness in Jesus’ name. (Isa. 51:11)
Wherever people are standing to speak against you, God will raise His voice on your behalf!
Every groaning in your life henceforth is over! Restoration and reestablishment is your portion in Jesus’ name!
